As a first time buyer, I had very little knowledge of mortgage products. I got in touch with Dillon Mortgage through recommendation from a friend. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew, Jackie and Katie through my journey to becoming a home owner. It took a while to find the right property, with a few changes to circumstances along the way, but the team at Dillon Mortgages were always on hand to provide support, reassurance and always took the time to answer any questions I had throughout the process. They have also been helpful enough to answer smaller questions I had and offer helpful tips outside of their remit. I was able to arrange both a mortgage and protection insurance with Katie and the process was very simple and straightforward. Another bonus for myself is that I was able to do this all remotely! Couldn’t recommend enough. Andrew first helped my partner and I buy our first house. The whole process was eased with his constant updates and dealing with the extra stresses.
