Couldn't recommend Dillon Mortgages enough. We are first time buyers and had the pleasure to work mainly with Jackie. She made the whole process very straightforward and stressless for us and helped us significantly from the beginning of the mortgage process until settlement. As a first time buyer, I had very little knowledge of mortgage products. I got in touch with Dillon Mortgage through recommendation from a friend. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew, Jackie and Katie through my journey to becoming a home owner. It took a while to find the right property, with a few changes to circumstances along the way, but the team at Dillon Mortgages were always on hand to provide support, reassurance and always took the time to answer any questions I had throughout the process. They have also been helpful enough to answer smaller questions I had and offer helpful tips outside of their remit. I was able to arrange both a mortgage and protection insurance with Katie and the process was very simple and straightforward. Another bonus for myself is that I was able to do this all remotely! I’m so grateful to know Jacqueline Dillon. I always call my her Jackie. She’s a very wonderful person. She’s really patient and spent time with my mortgage application after I was refused by Halifax by other mortgage advisor. Everything goes so smoothly because of her help. I can’t imagine that I got mortgage offer in two days from Barclays this month. That’s really quick .She can even reply my email when she is on the holiday. I used to use a Chinese mortgage broker as I was worried about language. But since I met Jackie, I would change my mind to stay with Jackie from now to future forever 😁. She will explain everything to make sure you understand what she means. I can’t thank her enough. I would high recommend her to everyone including Chinese people who want to apply the mortgage. Jackie, Andrew and Katie have made acquiring a mortgage and house protections so simple for me. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and they put in the effort to make sure I understand the decisions I'm making. They are always a pleasure to speak to and I had no reservations to chat to them if I had questions. Andrew Dillon was recommended to me by a friend as I was having difficulty securing an affordable mortgage. I also needed Will’s and Power of Attorney in place.

Couldn’t recommend enough. Andrew first helped my partner and I buy our first house. The whole process was eased with his constant updates and dealing with the extra stresses. We genuinely don’t think we’d have done it without him. He also helped us sort out our utilities which was something I knew very little about at the time so again it was another huge weight lifted from my shoulders.

We have now locked in our next 2 years fixed mortgage term and again Andrew was the one that contacted us first about it and recommended we do it sooner rather than later as interest rates were rising imminently.
